Publishing & testing
Draft work stays in the builder until you approve the blueprint and publish. Testing before launch prevents surprises for real participants.
Draft vs. live
Objectives and structured fields can be edited in draft. Participants only see the published version. Approve the blueprint when field definitions are ready, then publish the study to activate the public link.
Test preview
- Use the builder’s live preview to chat as a participant.
- Run at least one full test session — check opening, follow-ups, and wrap-up.
- Confirm structured fields capture as expected in analysis.
- Fix objectives or fields in draft, re-approve if needed, then publish again.
Republishing after launch
You can update branding, objectives, or fields after launch. Major blueprint changes affect new sessions only; completed sessions keep their original captures. Communicate with your team before changing fields mid-study so reports stay comparable.
Checklist before sharing widely
- Primary goal is clear and one-focused.
- Welcome copy and branding look correct.
- Test session completed successfully.
- Structured fields (if any) appear in Form statistics after test.
- Public link or CRM invites ready for your audience.
