  • One session is consumed each time an Insight conversation starts — via public link, website embed, or a draft test preview in the builder.
  • A live agent is a published Insight program accepting participants through a public link or website embed.
  • Every plan includes 500 CRM contacts and unlimited projects and products — for invites, audience segments, and personalized greetings. Stored contacts do not count toward your monthly session quota.
  • CRM invite emails are sent from the app when you email participants their personal interview link. Each recipient counts as one email; the quota resets each billing period. Copy-link invites do not use this quota.

What counts as one Insight session?
Each time a participant starts an Insight conversation — via your public link, website embed, or a draft test preview in the builder — it uses one session from your monthly quota.
What is a live agent?
A live agent is a published Insight program that accepts participants. Your plan sets how many can be live at once; draft agents never count toward that cap.
How do CRM contacts, projects, and products work?
Every paid plan includes 500 CRM contacts plus unlimited projects and products. Use contacts for audience segments, personalized greetings, and invite links. Stored contacts never consume session quota.
How do CRM invite emails work?
When you send invitations from CRM, each emailed participant uses one invite from your monthly CRM email quota (500 on Starter, 1,500 on Growth, 5k on Scale). Sharing links manually does not count. The Free plan does not include CRM email sends.
Are draft agents unlimited?
Yes. You can create and edit as many draft agents and projects as you need. Only published (live) agents count toward your live-agent limit.
What happens when I unpublish an agent?
Unpublishing takes the agent offline and frees a live slot. Your workspace, drafts, and analysis history stay intact — you can edit and publish again when ready.
Is the product different across Starter, Growth, and Scale?
No. Every paid tier includes the full KogniFeed experience — AI builder, analysis hub, CRM, embeds, and branding. Only monthly session volume and live-agent caps differ.
What does the Free plan include?
Free includes 10 Insight sessions per month, up to 5 live agents, 500 CRM contacts, unlimited drafts and projects, and the core builder and analysis experience.
When do limits reset?
Insight session quotas reset at the start of each billing period. CRM contact capacity is a fixed per-account limit, not a monthly allowance.
