Analysis hub

Per-study workspace for transcripts, AI notes, editable auto-metrics, form aggregates, and cohort compare views.

The analysis hub is where each Insight study’s sessions land after completion. You get structured analyst notes (sentiment, themes, quotes), blueprint form aggregates, KPI cards for opens/starts/completions, and compare panels for dates or CRM segments.

Auto-generated metrics and notes are editable: if a theme label is wrong or a metric definition needs a tweak, your team fixes it instead of living with a sealed report. That keeps AI acceleration without surrendering research judgment.

Study owners can receive email digests when analysis finishes. The hub is designed for continuous listening — weekly pulses and always-on embeds — not one-off agency decks that go stale the week after delivery.

Use the analysis hub as the system of record for an Insight program when multiple stakeholders need shared themes, scores, and cohort slices. Export when you need to brief executives elsewhere; do not treat export as the only place truth lives.

The hub closes the loop on AI-moderated interviews: the Insight agent moderates, blueprint fields structure capture, conversational depth supplies evidence, and owned-audience distribution fills the sample. Without an editable hub, conversational research often dies in transcript folders.

When it matters

  • Multiple sessions must roll up into themes and metrics stakeholders trust.
  • AI-generated labels need human correction without reprocessing everything.
  • You compare CRM segments or time windows inside one study.
  • Continuous programs need a living workspace, not a one-time slide deck.

Common mistakes

  • Treating first-pass AI themes as final without review.
  • Skipping blueprint fields and then expecting dashboard-ready scores.
  • Fragmenting the same research question across tools so nothing compares cleanly.

Frequently asked questions

Can I edit AI-generated notes?
Yes. Notes and auto-metrics are meant to be corrected by your team so the hub reflects agreed definitions.
What is compared in cohort views?
Typical compares include date ranges and CRM or segment attributes attached to sessions — so plan, region, or tenure differences are visible next to themes.
Is the analysis hub per study or account-wide?
It is the per-study workspace for that Insight program’s sessions, aggregates, and compares. Cross-study strategy still starts from clear, comparable study designs.
