An Insight agent is KogniFeed’s AI interviewer. You define goals, persona, tone, information goals, and prohibited topics; the agent conducts each participant session without a live moderator on the call.
During chat it can show selectable controls, fill blueprint fields, and pace follow-ups according to session shape (pulse vs deep dive). After the session, server-side analysis creates notes, themes, and metrics you can edit in the analysis hub.
Insight agents are built for owned audiences — customers, users, employees — distributed via link, CRM, website widget, or API. Free plans include monthly Insight sessions so teams can prove value before scaling.
