AI-moderated interview
A fully AI-run chat or voice research session led by an Insight agent within your objectives and guardrails.
An AI-moderated interview is a research session where an AI agent — not a live human moderator — conducts the conversation. Participants answer in chat or voice; the agent follows objectives you approved, probes vague answers, and stays inside guardrails for sensitive topics.
Unlike a static form, the agent adapts turn by turn. It can render dynamic selectable UI (chips, ratings, choices) when answers are predictable, and it fills structured blueprint fields during the session so you still get charts and exports.
