Conversational survey
A research study where participants answer through chat-style dialogue instead of a fixed multi-page form.
A conversational survey replaces — or wraps — a rigid questionnaire with a chat-style session. One topic at a time, mobile-friendly, designed so people explain experiences in their own words rather than picking “other” from a dropdown.
Teams use conversational surveys after checkout, on pricing pages, in onboarding waves, and for recurring NPS-style pulses when scores alone are not enough. The format still supports structured capture: ratings, choices, and other slots can fill during dialogue.
KogniFeed runs conversational surveys as Insight agent interviews: objectives, blueprint fields, CRM, embed, voice, and an analysis hub in one product — not a form builder with a chat skin.
