A website feedback widget is a small embed that opens a conversational Insight session from a live page. Visitors stay in context — pricing, checkout, docs, onboarding — and explain friction in their own words.
Unlike heatmaps or star-rating polls, the widget runs an adaptive interview: follow-ups, optional selectable UI, and blueprint fields that feed the same analysis hub as CRM and link studies.
