Voice conversation research lets participants complete Insight interviews by speaking instead of typing. The agent can read questions and follow-ups aloud while text stays synced on screen; replies work via microphone or keyboard on supported browsers.
Voice is useful when typing is awkward — in-store QR flows, post-call support follow-ups, accessibility needs, or longer deep-dive sessions. Blueprint fields and analysis still run on the same pipeline as text-only mode.
In KogniFeed Share settings you choose text only, voice only, or participant choice at the start of the session.
